- Rakesh Patnaik has 16 years professional experience in Fund Management, Real Estate Investments and Corporate Real Estate. His specific experience includes, originating & structuring transaction, Asset Management, Investor Relations, Islamic Contracts and related fund management issues.
- Before joining ALMasah Capital, rakesh was employed with SHUAA Capital in Dubai, as Director Real Estate Funda. Rakesh was previously employed with The First Investor, (Barwa Bank) Qatar, as Executive Director for Real Estate Funds, Prior to which Rakesh was employed with Global Invesment House, Kuwait. Rakesh also has working experience in corporate real Estate, with jones Lang LaSalle, Savills, CBRE, and was based in Singapore and India.
