AMCL will invest through a fund structure in the GCC, Lebanon and Egypt in Real Estate Assets such as bank office buildings, hospitals, clinics, schools, colleges and warehouses. It will seek to obtain capital appreciation during the lease term, yields in excess of 10%, and will leverage its portfolio by capitalizing on the attractiveness of long term leases to lenders. AMCL is putting in place an investment process that supports the full investment cycle from the zooming-in stage to the exit point. The average investment period will be 3 years.
