Al Masah Capital Fixed Maturity Fund I
- On 14 October 2010, Al Masah Capital Limited closed Al Masah Capital Fixed Maturity Fund I
- The fund’s strategy is to make leveraged investments into 12 months fixed term deposits in select top rated banks in the Gulf Cooperation Council
- Returns will be generated from the fixed term deposit interest on investors' equity investment, enhanced by the interest rate spread between the fixed term deposit and the leveraged amounts
- Investors into the fund comprises prominent GCC companies and high net worth investors
- The Fund has matured in October 2011 and returned above 7.9% returns to investors
Al Masah Capital Fixed Maturity Fund II
- On 16 December 2010, Al Masah Capital Limited closed Al Masah Capital Fixed Maturity Fund II
- Al Masah Capital Fixed Maturity Fund II has a similar strategy to the Al Masah Capital Fixed Maturity Fund I of investing into 12 months fixed term deposits in selected top banks in the Gulf Cooperation Council
- The Fund has matured in December 2011 and returned above 6.9% returns to investors
Al Masah Capital Fixed Maturity Fund III
- On 31st March 2011, Al Masah Capital Limited closed Al Masah Capital Fixed Maturity Fund III, with a similar strategy to the other funds of the earlier vintage
Al Masah Capital Fixed Maturity Fund IV
- On 30th November 2011, Al Masah Capital Limited closed Al Masah Capital Fixed Maturity Fund IV, with a similar strategy to the other funds of the earlier vintage
Al Masah Capital Fixed Maturity Fund V
- On 30th January 2012, Al Masah Capital Limited closed Al Masah Capital Fixed Maturity Fund V, with a similar strategy to the other funds of the earlier vintage
